Shipping and Returns
IzyDealz’s return policy ensures that its customers are fully satisified, we provide a return, a refund or a replacement to customers for an item purchased on our site and the following must be considered.
Just make sure you contact us within 3 -5 working days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it.
If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
To Return the Item.
a) Call our customer support number or contact us within 3 -5 workingdays from the day your order is delivered.
b) An email will be sent to you containing a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and attach to the package.
c) Pack the item in its original state and drop it to our office or make it ready for collection, collection can take 2 working days.
d) Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

- I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?
In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
- I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
We apologize that you received a wrong item. In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 3 – 5 working days.
Just make sure to contact us within 3- 5 working days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it. As well the free item recieved as in promotion has to be returned if any.

- I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought?
Yes you can. We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees

- What are the items that cannot be returned?
The items that cannot be returned are-
1 Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
2 When the offer notes states so specifically are items that cannot be returned.
3 Products that are fall into the below item types-
4 Underwear, Lingerie, Socks, Swim wear.
5 Software & Music albums, Books.
6 Beauty & Fragrances, Hosiery.
7 Not in the same condition as received and with no original packaging box or with a damaged packaging. You cannot return an item if seal is broken or if it is in non-sellable condition unless the item is having a manufacturer defective, damaged or not as described on the site.
8 Also, any consumable items that are used or installed cannot be returned. As outlined in consumer Protection Rights and concerning section on non- returnable items.
- Can I Replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund?

- Can I return an item personally drop it ?
YES the item can be droped at our office or it can be picked by our assigned courier services who would contact you within 3 days from the day you requested a return.
Shipping Address Details
At the time of placing the order, customers are encouraged to put accurate address details to ensure delivery on time. We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. It is recommended that you are present to accept delivery of your order.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. Delivery times may also change and this will be notified to you beforehand.
Customers will be asked to sign for the goods upon delivery. Once delivered and signed for, no claim of damaged goods will be accepted. Photo identification may be needed in some cases to accurately verify the receiver.
